FAQS
Look here for important camp information.
The minimum age for camp is 6 years old who have completed Grade 1 in the 2023/24 school year and the maximum is 12 years old. I am sorry there are no exceptions.
The camp operates from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. We do offer free early drop off starting at 7:30 and free late pick up until 5:30
Your child should bring a lunch, two snacks, a water bottle, a change of clothes, a swim suit, towel and sunscreen. On hot days, we will cool off with outdoor water games.
We are a peanut free facility and children are not allowed to share food.
There are no uniforms for camp. Your child should wear comfortable gym clothes that they can move around in.
The exception is for members during Ninja Training week.
We divide our campers into groups by age, these groups will rotate through our different activities. The age groups will be determined by the campers we have that week.
While we try to keep kids with their own age groups, we can make accommodations for siblings and friends.
If there is the children would be in two different age groups, they would both be put in the younger age group.
You can cancel a camp for a full refund or transfer a camp to another regular camp week if you give us 2 weeks notice prior to the start of camp. Camps purchased at a discount during our holiday event are non-refundable.
All cancellation or transfer requests must be made by e-mail to [email protected]. We cannot accept requests made by phone or in-person.
If your child is sick the week of their camp, we will make every reasonable attempt to schedule you for another week.
If we have room in any given week, we will open camps up for single day camps on the Sunday before the start of camp. These will be posted on our app, MyStudio and on our Facebook page and group.
With the exception of ninja training week, we do not work on our regular curriculum during camps. The classes focus on basic skills and games that work with the theme of the week.
